YOGA BASICS

Come explore the foundational practice of yoga. This practice can improve your mobility, stability, balance and recovery on and off the court. The series of basic sequences will allow you to create the poses based on your own body readiness. Discover how breathing and meditation can strengthen the mind-body connection, focus and confident mental patterning. This class is for all levels.

FITNESS AND MOBILITY

TAUGHT BY BREE GINDEN

This class will move through a series of flexibility and mobility exercises. Building from the foundation of yoga, we’ll move dynamically through poses meant to improve your flexibility and balance, and end with exercises that will maximize your mobility on the court. This is a great class to improve your overall game and help prevent injury. All levels.
