CORE & RESTORE

Recovering well is an integral part of being the best athlete you can be.

This class begins with exercises borrowed from pilates to engage and strengthen your core. We will transition into targeted techniques proven to loosen muscles and improve proper kinetic motion. Our big finish will include important stretches specific to tennis and pickleball.

Bring (or borrow) a tennis racquet, a tennis ball, and a mat. Taught by Bree Ginden.
